Return and Refund Policy
Alma Story cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used or damaged after being received. Merchandise has to be returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging intact.
If you would like to return your Alma Story product for refund or exchange please contact us at support@almastory.com so we can organize a return process. Please note our warehouse won't accept return items if they don't have proper return labels issued by us.
Refund Policy
If your return passes inspection you will receive a confirmation email - usually takes 3 business days from the time we’ve received the returned goods in our warehouse. Our customer service representative will be in touch. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days after the confirmation email is sent. Please kindly note that we will not be able to cover the cost of initial shipping, return shipping or replacement shipping.
